Have you ever heard the phrase “work is the rent for life”? When I first heard it it made me reconsider my career, in fact, my whole world.
Until 2005 I lived and worked in London, burning out in stressful jobs and a busy but unfulfilling social life. I decided enough was enough and moved back to Wiltshire, where I grew up. My number one aim was to slow down and create a better pace of life for myself without compromising my dreams – and I haven’t looked back for one moment!
Apart from satisfying a dream my main motivation for setting up independently with first 2 recruit was simple - I love to recruit. That may sound cheesy but it’s true. Despite the draw backs of setting up in a heavily competitive industry I knew that I had the ambition, drive, personality and skill to make my mark and lead an agency whose level of service guarantees success.

With the help of my business partner, James Webber, that’s exactly what we’ve done: created a consultancy that offers both candidates and clients a unique experience, tailored to fit their individual need. No job is too small, or aspiration too high!
Despite a testing market our first year of trading was really successful. My favourite measure of this is all the personal thank you’s we have had
from clients and candidates who have found their perfect role or employee. 2007 - 2008 exceeded our expectations, and we’re looking forward
to many more years like it!
