Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer (Full Time or Part-Time)

An immediate opportunity is now available for an experienced Commercial and Residential Property lawyer to join a solicitor’s based in Salisbury on a full or part-time basis.

The job is suitable for a Solicitor or a very experience Legal Executive.

If this sounds like the role you are looking for, here’s what experience we are looking for:

  • At least 3 years’ experience of both residential conveyancing and commercial property
  • A desire to help in the growth of property department
  • Great people skills and will be an enthusiastic team player,
  • Good organisational, time management and IT skills
  • The ability to multi-task under pressure
  • A keen eye for detail
  • High standards of customer care
  • A history of strong billing
