Do you have great Customer Service experience?

Are you great on the telephone, have good administration skills and enjoy customer interaction?

This is a great role just in; Customer Services Coordinator for a well-established company based in Amesbury.

To support and promote the sales of products through regular customer contact.  Supporting external sales personnel, and ensuring routine sales administration is carried out promptly and accurately The salary is £21-25,000 DOE

Hours are 36 hours a week M-T 8:30 – 5pm (1/2 hr unpaid lunch break) & F 08:30-12:30

Skill and Experience Requirements 

Some experience in a customer service environment would be an advantage but good computer, organisational and interpersonal skills are far more important. Because of the industry our client operates in some knowledge of or interest in chemistry would be an advantage too. We are looking for people who will work upon their initiative to continuously improve the way they do things. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • First line contact point for all enquiries regarding our key product business 
  • Processing of viable orders received within 24 hours of receipt. 
  • Maintaining good communications with customers 

Typical Activities 

  • Responding to incoming calls. This role is the first line contact point for all enquiries regarding their product business 
  • Processing of customer orders, providing quotations and follow up when required 
  • Responding to customer enquiries and questions 
  • Running productivity reports for key customers 
  • Use and maintenance of company systems (E-mail, CRM and ERP) 
  • Filing of paperwork 
  • Liaising with operations and logistics colleagues to ensure orders are processed and dispatched in a timely manner 
  • Ensuring any customer compliments or complaints are logged with the organisations customer feedback system.
