An immediate opportunity is now available for a Fee Administrator to join a market leading Financial Services organisation located in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

This is a permanent contract and you will be carrying out two primary functions: processing IFA charges and you will also be raising and calculating fees, both of which require an excellent eye for details.

In this position, you’ll be responsible for:          

  • Fee structure analysis and calculation of their products.
  • Settlement of outstanding fees.
  • Credit Control
  • Resolution of IFA, client and internal company queries within specific team deadlines.
  • Generation of IFA charges and production of accompanying statements.
  • Bulk account reconciliation and analysis.
  • Promotion of excellent investor/advisor service.
  • System testing when required.
  • Responsible for completing all mandatory training and to do so within required timescales

  • Numerate, with good IT skills and knowledge of MS Excel
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to deal with change in a positive and proactive manner
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Ability to think and act independently when required
  • Desire to take ownership of tasks 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and different investment product types 
  • Knowledge of purchase/sales ledger, credit control
