Grading & Production Technician – Near Salisbury – Full time, Permanent
As a Grading & Production Technician, you will learn all aspects of Disc & Rack production, to include the grading of small parts. Working to the highest possible standard to ensure all customer requirements and expectations are met. To carry out production tasks willingly and flexibly, contributing to the success of the Company.
Your responsibilities as a Grading & Production Assembly Technician…
- Learn all aspects of disc & rack production and the grading of small parts
- Work efficiently, safely and speedily in all production areas, to ensure production requirements are met and to meet customer needs quickly and accurately
- Ensure all work is done to correct quality and safety standards, completed on time and without error, and with the minimum of supervision and monitoring
- Work flexibly and to the highest standards of performance in all areas, as required by the needs of customers and production management
- Maintain accurate records for stock control and production monitoring purposes
- Identify new methods of working and improve working practices in collaboration with other team members and production management
- Carry out other warehouse and production duties

- Applicant must have good colour awareness and not be colour vision deficient
- Able to use computer systems for reviewing and recording data
- Hand eye coordination
- Manual dexterity
- Health and safety awareness
- Able to learn work procedures and understand safety data
- Team working skills
- Able to establish and maintain good relationships with members of own team, as well as other staff
