An immediate opportunity is now available for a Platform Consultant to join a growing Pension provider based Central London on a full time, permanent basis.

In your role as Platform Consultant, you will be supporting their operational platform team and Regional Sales Managers in partnering the IFA and professional intermediary market, resolving their queries and building their platform knowledge.
You will also support their wider platform team to achieve individual, regional and national business production targets and KPI's, while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and governance standards.

As a Platform Consultant you will:
|
- Work with regional intermediary firms to integrate and implement the platform within each organisation
- Identify and manage opportunities to train and improve the use of the platform
- Identify and manage campaigns focused on increasing platform assets and improved customer outcomes
- Align all input and output to sales and commercial priorities
- Ensure achievement of measurable service standards within the team
- Act as a technical consultant and trainer to distribution partners
- Able to convey the compelling reasons to partner with their provider and can build rapid trust and rapport in their technical, commercial and service capabilities
- Build sustainable 'corporate knowledge' of any material distribution partner
- Communicate and impart technical knowledge, including awareness of HMRC and legislative practices and changes relating to all business products
- Take ownership of issues as they arise, using strong relationships to resolve fairly and commercially
- Able to pass client relationships quickly and smoothly to colleagues where required and without detriment to the level of commercial activity

- Experience of supporting sales in a high pace, regulated environment
- WRAP Platform knowledge and experience
- Experience and knowledge of delivering campaigns
- Numerate with good verbal reasoning skills.
- Process enhancement experience preferred
