An immediate opportunity is now available for a Project Administrator to join an organisation located in Salisbury, Wiltshire.

This permanent contract gives you the opportunity to make an impact by supporting the Contract Department, Project Managers and Directors.

In this position, you’ll:

  • Weekly committed costs for all live jobs, collating and entering into spread sheet ready every Monday morning and comparing to the last week’s figures.
  • Weekly labour resource meeting to arrange labour for coming weeks/projects.
  • Collating information for new contracts to be put onto CRM software
  • Projects in defects/Snagging List – liaising with clients/main contractors to deal with defects/snagging; arranging labour and materials appropriately
  • Arrange Temporary site labour for PM’s
  • Subcontractor and Labour Only forms and qualifications/insurance and get subcontractor RAMS
  • Assisting Project Managers with quotes/pricing orders
  • Issue purchase orders for Sub-contractors
  • Maintain Tender schedule
  • Maintain drawings registers
  • Monitor that the Contract Files are being maintained
  • Develop and maintain filing and project archiving systems
  • Printing and collation of tender documentation
  • Update and maintain database such as contact lists and client information
  • Health and Safety related issues; Organising annual H&S training for site staff via BSG.
  • Managing ISO 9001 – updating and conducting reviews, annual audit
  • Update asset register and tool log.

  • Good standard of verbal and written skills
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Previous office experience
  • Use of MS Office
  • Internet skills including use of email and group messaging
  • Good Telephone manner
  • Work management and prioritizing skills
  • Clear communicator both face to face and on the telephone
  • Be prepared to be flexible in approach to work loads
