We are working on behalf of our client in Salisbury who are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a full time, permanent position offering a competitive salary.

You will be giving relevant training on the company product.

You will be based at the head office in Salisbury and may be expected to visit projects across the South and into London.

To be considered for the position of Quantity Surveyor you will need to have experience in the following or equivalent areas;

  • Knowledge of building construction to enable you to read drawings, take measurements and provide detailed quotations to our customers.
  • Consistently deliver high standards of customer service at all times
  • Create and share a vision of professionalism with the aim of taking the business forward.

The role will deal with major residential developers, building contractors, architects, Councils, MOD. The head office is based in Salisbury however, we work across the M3 corridor spanning into North and Central London. Contracts vary in size and scale ranging from £1000 - £1,000,000 and have previously included customers such as Wembley and the Olympics as well as small domestic properties.
