An immediate opportunity is now available for a SIPP Senior Administrator based in Wiltshire. Our clients office is easily commutable from Bath – not far from the M4 and the office is located in a rural location so own transport is required.
 
As an SIPP Senior Administrator, you will be:
  • Fully manage every aspect of a portfolio of schemes, processing all related tasks, technical or otherwise, ensuring the efficient and consistently smooth running of the team and that task turnaround times are met;
  • All aspects of work processed within Group time critical deadlines and work prioritised to avoid deadlines being missed.  Proactively track and monitor own work and liaise with the Manager to ensure assistance is provided when and where needed;
  • High level of accuracy adhered to and attention to detail given at all times;
  • Learn a large variety of tasks, including technical aspects of the role such as: property purchases, investment monitoring, setting up new schemes, across a range of products;
  • Provide top quality personal service to clients and build rapport with those you have regular contact with;
  • Conduct client meetings;
  • Work well as part of a team, providing support to colleagues, including checking and giving feedback, and ensuring the working environment is friendly;
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety laws and policies;
  • Play a key role in the development of both new and existing procedures and new ways  our client can improve the service it provides
  • Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing legislation;
Experience needed as an SIPP Senior Administrator:
  • SIPP Pension experience
  • Ability to work part of a team and independently
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
