SSAS Pension Administrator

Our client is currently looking for an experienced SSAS Pension Administrator to join a company based in central Bristol. The ideal candidate with have great communicational skills and will focus on handling different changes to the client’s pensions.

Key Responsibilities as an SSAS Pension Administrator:

  • Liaising with pension scheme members, advisers and accountants
  • Arrange pension transfers
  • Deal with aspects of property purchases/sales
  • Respond to calls and emails from clients in a timely manner
  • Teat clients fairly and maintain the highest level of compliance
  • Renewals
  • Process all scheme changes
  • Update records accurately to ensure all chargeable time is logged
  • Ensure all administration is completed to a very high standard

Skills/experience needed for the SSAS Pension Administrator:

  • 1+ years experience within SSAS administration
  • Up to date knowledge of current regulatory requirements
  • Good team work skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Computer literate
