A trust accounts senior is being sought to join and complement the growing Private Wealth and Estates Group within our clients accounts and trust team.

The role

A trust accounts senior is being sought to join and complement the Private Wealth and Estates Group within their accounts and trust team. The team is growing in response to an expanding and more demanding client base and this is an excellent opportunity to join a team at the next stage in its growth. They are looking for an experienced and able trust accounts senior to work within the Private Wealth and Estates Group in the Bristol office ideally either qualified by experience or AAT qualified.  Trust experience would be useful however this is not a requirement.


The role of trust accounts senior would predominately be to carry out and run a portfolio of bookkeeping and prepare accounts for offshore trusts and underlying companies for the wealthiest of our clients on behalf of our overseas offices. They are able to offer a busy workload and the opportunity for career progression for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will be committed to a career in bookkeeping and accounts preparation and will have some bookkeeping or accounting experience. 

The successful candidate should be hard working, show initiative and be self-motivated, with the ability to organise their own workload. They will display a flexible, professional approach and have the confidence and ability to communicate effectively with managers, partners and clients. They will also be a natural team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and excellent eye for detail.    

Education and experience

  • Excellent GCSE's with a minimum of B (grade 6 with the new points system) in Maths and English
  • Previous experience of using Word and Excel
  • Previous bookkeeping or accounts experience is required
