Customer Advisor/Nutritional Advisor

An immediate opportunity is now available for a Customer Advisor/Nutritional Advisor – this is at core a customer advisor / administration role BUT we are looking for someone with a nutritional / Naturopathy / Herbalism background (see requirements below) to join a well-known company in Andover, Hampshire.

This is a permanent position and you will be offering administrative and technical support to our client’s customers and team. Our client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic with excellent standards of verbal and written communication, who is experienced in offering the highest standards of customer care and nutritional advice.

In this Nutritional Advisor position, work you’ll complete will include:

  • Process and respond to any enquires, concerns and requests received via the phone, email or by letter This will involve offering technical advice and answering health enquiries related to the use of live cultures, but also to resolve queries relating to delivery, orders and services
  •  Prioritise incoming queries and respond to them in a timely fashion
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Take consumer orders over the phone
  • Creating web content for the company’s website
  • Manage own administration and notes.
  • Opportunity to attend occasional seminars or short courses in relevant fields

Sound good? Here’s what experience is needed?

  • A recognised qualification (degree or diploma) or equivalent in a relevant complementary healthcare discipline such as Nutritional Therapy, Naturopathy, Herbalism or you may be studying for such a qualification
  • Qualifications in customer service training or logistics marketing, English and/or writing may be advantageous but are not necessary
  • Great customer service and administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Computer literate
