Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insolvency Administrator to join our client’s team. The Insolvency Administrator will play a pivotal role in managing and executing insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and guiding clients through the insolvency process. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in financial analysis, legal proceedings, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Case Management: Oversee and manage multiple insolvency cases simultaneously, ensuring timely progress and adherence to established timelines.
  • Financil Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial assessments of individuals or businesses in insolvency to determine their financial standing, assets, liabilities, and potential restructuring options.
  • Creditor Negotiations: Engage with creditors to negotiate payment terms, settlement agreements, or restructuring plans, aiming to achieve equitable outcomes for all stakeholders.
  • Asset Management: Supervise the liquidation or management of assets in accordance with legal requirements and maximizing returns for creditors.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure all insolvency procedures strictly adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of insolvency cases, including financial reports, correspondence, and legal documentation.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with clear explanations of the insolvency process, potential outcomes, and answering any inquiries they may have.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with legal professionals, creditors, debtors, and other parties involved in insolvency cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in insolvency administration or a similar role within the financial or legal sector.
  • Knowledge of insolvency laws, bankruptcy regulations, and debt restructuring procedures.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to perform detailed financial analyses.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in legal documentation and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CPI) are a plus but opportunity to study is offered
