Embark on a new journey as an Insolvency Administrator with a well established Insolvency firm based in Thames Valley.

As an Insolvency Administrator, you will immerse yourself in a compact yet experienced team, where your contributions will be pivotal in navigating the complexities of corporate insolvency cases. Your primary focus will be on Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs) and Members' Voluntary Liquidations (MVLs).

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities dependent on your level of experience as Insolvency Administrator will be multifaceted, but will centrally include:

  • Managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, and solicitors, to facilitate the insolvency process.
  • Preparing and filing relevant documentation, reports, and financial statements.
  • Assisting in the realisation of assets, distribution of funds, and closure of cases.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal Insolvency Administrator will possess:

  • Experience in a similar role, if not qualified there will be the opportunity to study for a relevant professional qualification.
  • Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in insolvency, particularly with CVLs and MVLs.
  • Familiarity with insolvency software and a solid understanding of the legislative framework.
