Insolvency Manager– Midlands (Full Time, Permanent) – competitive package
We are currently looking for an experienced Insolvency Manager to join a firm based near Birmingham
Our client is looking for someone who has relevant experience in Corporate Insolvency and Advisory and relevant managerial experience.
Skills and attributes as an Insolvency Manager will include:
- Experience of managing a team of case administrators, ensuring case progression, compliance and the training and supervision of junior team members
- A high level of commercial acumen and an awareness of the key drivers of corporate failure or underperformance
- Proficient in detailed financial and commercial analysis and able to identify potential areas of sensitivity
- Able to identify key issues on assignments and suggest workable solutions
- Experienced in report writing and presenting findings clearly in reports and other deliverables to clients
- Ability to share technical and other knowledge with the team drawing on previous experience
- Good project management skills, with the ability to manage more than one assignment at a time and yet still demonstrate quality and consistency of performance in every task
- Strong appreciation of risk management
Skills needed for the Insolvency Manager role:
- Track record within a recognised Restructuring team and relevant managerial experience
- Experience of leading both independent business reviews and formal corporate insolvencies
- Professional accountancy qualification
- JIEB qualification an advantage but not essential
