NQ Commercial Property (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
 
Our clients Real Estate and Business Services Team is looking to recruit a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Chichester based Department. They will consider candidates who are newly qualified up to one-year PQE and applications from Trainees who are due to qualify shortly are also welcome.
 
It is essential that you have some grounding in Property work, having undertaken one or more seats in Commercial Property and/or Residential Conveyancing and some prior training or an interest in advancing skills in general commercial would be an advantage (but is not a requirement).
 
Commercial awareness is key as the Team has a broad, challenging portfolio of local and national clients and we are offering sound experience working across all areas of Property Law including acquisitions and disposals, residential development, landlord and tenant and financing.
 
Whilst technical skill is important, the team is dedicated to a pragmatic, holistic approach to matters and we are looking for a like-minded individual to enjoy a fresh challenge with real potential for career progression.
