Property Lawyer (Full time, Permanent) – Salisbury, Wiltshire
Our client based in Salisbury is looking for an experienced Property Lawyer to join their Property Team. As a Property Lawyer you will deal with the facilitation of purchasing commercial properties for their clients.
Key Responsibilities as a Property Lawyer:
  • Support on all property transactions.
  • Document management and review.
  • Legal and technical training and support to team members.
  • Peer to Peer Quality Assurance.
  • Risk and quality control - conformance to all internal and external policies and regulations. Assist in providing a clear and detailed risk framework and undertakes quality control of other team members work.
  • Assist with projects from time to time.
  • Third Party relationships - engagement and management of any external relations as required.
  • Remediation of issues relating to properties.
  • Researches and remediates complaints, where required.
  • Take responsibility for most complex transactions as and when required, particularly where more complex issues require careful monitoring and nurturing to completion.
Skills and experience needed for the Property Lawyer role:
 
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Outlook.
  • Good team player.
  • Approachable.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to structure communication to meet the needs of the client and to effectively train and provide technical support to less experienced team members.
  • Problem solver.
  • Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX
  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent.
