Main duties would include:

  • Manage a caseload, from inception through to closure, of mainly CVL’s but also a small percentage of MVL’s, bankruptcies, administrations. Reporting directly to a Manager and working closely with one of the IPs.
  • Preparing SIP6 reports, Statement of Affairs and deficiency accounts
  • Investigating Directors’ conduct and highlighting potential antecedent transactions and progress recovery of the same
  • Handling employee redundancies and claims
  • Completion of checklists on cases within statutory limits
  • Maintain case diaries
  • Effective management of time
  • Closure of cases in a timely manner
  • Submission of post-appointment tax returns on time
  • Responding to creditor queries
  • Make payments of expenses in a timely manner

  • Proven experience in insolvency administration 3+ years experience in a similar corporate insolvency admin role
  • Strong knowledge of insolvency laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Adept at using industry-standard software and tools.
