Trainee Insolvency Administrator 

(Full Time, Permanent) - competitive salary

This is a great opportunity to join an established Insolvency company in Brighton as a Trainee Insolvency Administrator 

You do not need previous Insolvency Administration experience as full training will be given.

The successful candidate will be motivated and have a 'can do' attitude to learning - this role could offer study opportunities.

The Job Description

Provide general administration support to the team and meet the requirements of growing work levels. Previous administration experience as well as an interest in finance related subjects would be advantageous but not essential. This is a great opportunity to join an established and experienced team.

Key Duties:

  • Provide other administrative support for the office as well as answering calls
  • Prepare statutory paperwork for insolvency processes
  • Assist with varied portfolio of insolvency cases
  • Assist with the disposal of assets, collection of debts and the distribution of funds to creditors where appropriate
  • Draft correspondence to creditors and other relevant third parties

Key Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Administration skills 
  • Customer service skills
  • A desire and willingness to learn and undertake professional industry related qualifications if desired
