Trainee Insolvency Administrator

Trainee Insolvency Administrator – Edinburgh (Full Time, Permanent) - competitive salary

As a Trainee insolvency Case Administrator, you will be involved in various support aspects of insolvency case work.  Responsibilities will include supporting case administrators in relation to:

  • the statutory aspects of insolvency appointments
  • drafting letters and emails
  • responding to creditor queries
  • reviewing case correspondence
  • processing of insolvency receipts and payments
  • preparing fee analyses
  • administrative/filing tasks

The qualities my client is looking for include:

  • Good written and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of personal responsibility.  The ability to work on own initiative, act responsibly
  • Strong attention to detail
  • An enthusiastic team player and a willingness to work flexibly with colleagues to deliver work on time
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Word, Outlook, Excel) and comfortable working on different software packages (training will be provided)

Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 Nat 5’s at A, B or C pass (or equivalent) which should include English and Maths.
